The pool water is very cold. On the day of check out, the housekeeping person was knocking on the door at 9am if we were leaving, this did not seem acceptable, otherwise everything was fine.

Hotel is overall very nice. In a great location and conveniently surrounded by places to eat and things to do such as casino, bar/pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, shops and a short walking distance to the falls. We spent new year eve there which was pretty busy. The parking garage was full however there is an offsite parking lot with a shuttle bus making constant runs back and forth. Having to pay for parking on top of the already pricey rate is a bit of a pain in the butt. The city view room with jet tub has a beautiful view of Clifton hills and the falls. Room was nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom is a bit outdated. The infinity pools was not accessible on our stay but the kids pools was good for the kids to play around in. Would stay again. Would recommend

The view is worth the price. Honestly the room was good, but nothing surprising. The view is what you pay for. The “chimney” never worked and the staff is not very friendly. People at the front desk are not very nice, nor the people helping you take the bags. I don’t know if it was because it was full of people and they were stressed out. The guys from the parking lot were great, but don’t park with them! I didn’t know it would be 35CAD per night! I had to park outside and those parking lots usually cost 20CAD per night, so don’t waste your money. The parking lot outside of the hotel is far away and you’ll end up paying more for the same spots as if you paid it yourself directly and not with the hotel. I loved that everything was close, we walked everywhere even in Winter. Plus is close to a lot of restaurants you can choose from. Overall is worth the view and the convenience.
