"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "Hôtel was great. It’s about 15 mins walk from La Croisette (the main beach promenade). We could have parked at the hotel but actually had failed to let them know in advance (our poor planning, not the hotel’s fault). If we had let them know we’d also have been able to charge our rental car there which was an EV. When we checked in they offered to reserve it for us for the following evening but in the end it was easier to just leave the car in a multistory car park nearby. The room was lovely....
