"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Parking is literally next door - great value given the location. Staff are super friendly. And they left a nice note and a box of chocolates when I asked for something special for my gf. Lovely touch and really appreciated. The room itself is lovely, new and clean. "This is a understated, stylish hotel that is very relaxed and friendly. The rooms were a good size with tea and coffee making, iron and ironing board and safe. King sized bed was very comfortable. Very good location but parking is a multi-storey along the street. I’m not that fussy, but I did think breakfast was disappointing … tried all the (limited) options during my stay but most were overlooked or dry. There’s plenty of better options near by which I’ll choose for my next stay there."

"Reserved a room for my daughter who was visiting Galway from Dublin, for a day. My decision was based on location and other positive guest reviews. The hotel lived up to it's positive rating; my daughter loved her stay. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the main train/bus station and everything is in walkable distance to it with lot's of dining spots all around. The room was neat & clean with a comfortable bed. Would stay here again."

"Simply put, The Flannery Hotel is one of the best kept secrets in Galway. An exceedingly clean, comfortable place to stay, with two fine restaurants, an excellent bar, and service that surpasses your expectations. Our room was clean, quiet, and modern. We chose this hotel because we needed parking and the parking was excellent -- plentiful, well-lit, and safe. "

"Due to the power cuts we had to book in to a hotel instead of staying at the in laws. We needed one near the hospital to visit my mother in law. Was only a 30 minute walk to the hospital and was a really nice walk. Hotel was lovely, can’t fault it."

"Great location, close to Excellent customer service, staff were very knowledgeable regarding transportation and site seeing. The room was very comfortable and the coffee and tea amenities were appreciated. Also had wonderful dining experience at the restaurant attached to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel."
