An exceedingly clean, comfortable place to stay, with two fine restaurants, an excellent bar, and service that surpasses your expectations. Our room was clean, quiet, and modern. "The Snug House is a great jumping off point for exploring Galway as its very conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind and made all the difference at the end of a long travel day when my room was ready early! "This is a understated, stylish hotel that is very relaxed and friendly. The rooms were a good size with tea and coffee making, iron and ironing board and safe. King sized bed was very comfortable. Very good location but parking is a multi-storey along the street. I’m not that fussy, but I did think breakfast was disappointing … tried all the (limited) options during my stay but most were overlooked or dry. There’s plenty of better options near by which I’ll choose for my next stay there."

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Parking is literally next door - great value given the location. Staff are super friendly. And they left a nice note and a box of chocolates when I asked for something special for my gf. Lovely touch and really appreciated. The room itself is lovely, new and clean. "Due to the power cuts we had to book in to a hotel instead of staying at the in laws. We needed one near the hospital to visit my mother in law. Was only a 30 minute walk to the hospital and was a really nice walk. Hotel was lovely, can’t fault it."

"Really pleasant stay at the Radisson. Food was lovely (although a bit on the expensive side for portion sizes). Wait staff were lovely in the ground bar. The room was in excellent condition. There was confusion at the reception when checking in - the reception staff tried to say the room was not pre-paid and asked me to pay again. This took several minutes to sort and a lot of back and forth with different staff members, which wasn’t the best start to the stay after spending close to 3 hours...

"Great location, close to Excellent customer service, staff were very knowledgeable regarding transportation and site seeing. The room was very comfortable and the coffee and tea amenities were appreciated. Also had wonderful dining experience at the restaurant attached to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel."
