"Really lovely hotel although the heating system in the room was impenetrable - I ended up sleeping in my coat because I couldn’t make it work and the spare quilt was in a bag with a locked zip! Comfy bed tho and great shower which is all important when you’re staying for work. Really convenient location for xonnections across London "

"The Royal Horseguard Hotel was an excellent choice! The service was outstanding. We upgraded to the River View and was so pleased with the view of The Thames River and city lights outside our window. Everything from the bed linens, shower/tub combo, heated bathroom floor, bar on-site to the wonderful doorman Parzez! We walked to the National Gallery in less than 6 minutes. So location was just right! What a beautifully restored hotel in the City of Westminister. I look forward to a return trip. "

"The view from our room was absolutely incredible. We loved opening the window and seeing the tower bridge. This hotel is clean, the staff was wonderful and accommodating, and we liked the bar overlooking the bridge and river. Their drinks were strong and decently priced. "

The Staff was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, professional and it was apparent that all employees we spoke with and dealt with Front Desk, Dining Room, Room Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Management - that everyone enjoyed their job. Location was Great and having direct access to Victoria Station was a Huge Bonus. We will be back and definitely be recommending to others."
