"We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"We arrived early and were told check in wasn't until after 2 which was fine. We filled out all paperwork and went to lunch. Once we returned after 4 some of our rooms were still not ready and we did not receive all rooms until after 6. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. The rooms are very outdated. The water in the sink ran all night because it was too difficult to turn off. The rooms are very small."

"Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The...
