"We had such a good time spending Christmas 2024 there. The hotel is amazing and provides food around the clock either through their buffets or 24-hour room service which is reasonably priced. And all the staff are excellent. If I return to ES I will only stay there."

"Hotel is on the lower range of the Hilton Brand. Remodeling and updating of facilities is needed. Not a 5 star hotel ( maybe by local standards?) but everything was fine with services. It is located in a quiet area of the city so not as convenient or desirable for tourists as other hotels in more active areas. "

"This hotel is close to the airport and very clean and quiet. Staff are very nice. There is a nice pool and several food options. Dinner was very good. The only thing not great was the breakfast. There were many options, but nothing was really fresh or tasty. I think fewer options but better quality would make a huge difference. The grounds are very well kept. A great hotel near the airport. Will stay here again."
