"Not as clean as expected. Didn't have flat sheet for the bedding, and saw some bugs in the bedroom. Good that late checkin was smooth. The receptionist was not available in person until very late in AM, but she is very friendly."

"Our stay at Shearwater, Caloundra was excellent. We were able to check in online a day before and were allowed into our room at 12:00pm instead of the usual 2:00pm room check in. Our request for a higher room level was also fulfilled. To top it off, a welcome hamper was waiting for us on the table. The view of the boardwalk and the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. "

"It may be more desirable to have two ventilation units and two separate doors for the shower place (suggestion : sliding door) and the toilet. Strange noise coming out probably from the air conditioning system every night during our 9 nights stay."
