"Absolute 5/5 in my opinion! Clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed & pillows. Coffee shop right next to main reception. Friendly staff. Loved the access to the level 19 executive lounge, the afternoon canapés oysters on a Saturday night was a nice surprise! The breakfast in the executive lounge was amazing, best selection. Highly recommend this hotel"

"We had a fabulous room on the 29th floor facing the Opera House and Harbor. The entire staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. For 4 nights, it truly was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at and highly recommend it. It’s worth every penny."

"Only bath room glass design is embarrassing for non lovers, it can see through from the room when someone having shower with bathroom light on. A proper curtain is recommended."
