"A great independent accommodation option close to old town (20 min walk) with many other shops and dining places close by. Reception is not manned all the time however hotel is run by a lovely lady who proactively communicates and aims to address any queries asap. The building itself shows signs of age but rooms are kept to a good standard. I'd recommend to couples."

"This is a very clean hotel and it's nice because it's a little out of the way from the main tourist parts but still close enough to walk. It's in a very quiet area and about 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. There are lots fo restaurants and grocery stores around. Small kitchenette in the room was great for making meals and keeping the cost of the trip down. Would definitely recommend Vivian studios."

"It’s a room in the castle wall. They’ve left the beams & fire place, but added just the right modern updates- like an excellent shower & a sort of pull out kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Absolutely great location. The restaurant next door does make a good deal of noise (loud music) until late- so if you are a light sleeper or have young kids to put to bed, keep that in mind. For me this was the perfect place to be!"

"Lovely hotel, beautiful pool and great staff and cleanliness. Food was excellent too, especially in the evening. It is on a main road, but after a while you don’t notice it and very quiet in the rooms. Convenient for beach, transport and eating out if you wish. Had a very nice holiday, good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Nektarios is a wonderful host for his hotel! He was available to check us in super late (thanks to the late ferry from Kos) and had fresh fruit, water, and wine waiting for us. "The property has 2 buildings, one closer to the village centre and another one with direct access to the beach. We were lucky to be by the Gaia beach just opposite ours, which has a nicer swimming pool and a bar/restaurant, which is very good and part of the hotel management. The main restaurant is in the building close to the village centre and they do offer a very brief transfer between the two with an electric car at breakfast and dinner time.
