"Reception staff were friendly and helpful, but we found that staff on the bar downstairs to be rude when we asked if they were open. Grill on the Hill staff were great, despite reviews on google the food was great. The room was comfortable and clean, does need better or more pillows. The only thing we didnt like was that other guests left litter such as glass bottles and expired vapes around the grounds. As well as inconsiderate parking taking up 2 spaces. Would recommend for a short stay."

"Will definately stay again, lovely rooms with very comfy beds and a great view. Check in/out was very straightforward, staff very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely too with a good range to chose from on menu."

"Warm welcome by the staff although I found the self check in machines a bit fussy. Room was spacious and clean and was well sound proofed as I heard no external noise or noise from other rooms. Tea and coffee making in the room also. We ate at the Grill restaurant and their was a decent choice of food at a reasonable price. There is also a starbucks on site It arrived quickly and was hot and tasty. Didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped, the pool was excellent and of a good size. ...

"Every member of the staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered the reception area. The room was exactly as expected and was clean and very well presented throughout. There was a good selection available for breakfast and again the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our evening meals were taken at the Stables pub, the food was excellent and there was a good selection of quality beers on tap as well as a wide variety of other drinks.
