"Reserved thro expedia for a week. When call them that we were running late and checking a bit late , the guy Rajan told no longer the reservation is honoured and cancelled. So diagusting and rude was that. We flew from Far far away ie Toronto and this is so horrible and shocking .first time we ever had to face such a situation at last minute. Who will take responsible..who will straighten up this.. is exledia do something about it.. i dont want anybody go through this in their vacation...

"The building here is a bit old, and you can see the wear and tear in the space, but that just makes it interesting. This is a great, central, inexpensive space to stay when you see Jaffna. "I stayed 4 nights at ASR. It is not a tourist area particularly. You can eat in local restaurants. It was easy to get around from the hotel. Tuk tuks are plentiful and the buses are very regular. The hotel was very clean and efficiently run. The staff were very polite and helpful. I had breakfast in the hotel, but not dinner."
