"This hotel is closed we were rebooked at the Europa Gatwick hotel a sister hotel connected with the Britannia Hotel chain. On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room i booked was pretty spartan, lacking in pillows, one per guest, the beds were absolutely atrocious one could feel the springs thru the mattress and the bed creaked something chronic, there was also a very strange nude picture of a women on the wall over the bed...

"I was an older guest with mobility issues. Staff looked after me wonderfully, nothing was too much trouble! Food at Jacks Bar and Restaurant was excellent, they even allowed me to make a sandwich for lunch on my long coach journey ( no stopping for food/drinks). Bedroom was wonderful too, Queen bed and accessible room with wet room bathroom and seat! A prlerfect overnight stay and end to my long haul holiday! Would highly recommend, good with children too from what I saw! "

"If looking for a hotel close to Heathrow this one is good. Rooms are a good size and even with a room facing the airport you can barely hear the planes; however, you might here adjoining rooms. Limited dining options near by; but, just use a delivery app if you don't want to eat at the hotel. "
