The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. "One of the cutest hotels I have ever stayed at! It had character and an old charm about it. My boyfriend and I chose the hotel last minute during our stay in Florence and we’d happily stay here again in the future. They also held our luggage for us when we checked out so we could explore a bit more of Florence before catching our train to Rome. Room and bathroom were very clean. No complaints!
