"The hotel was constructed in the early 20th century and has vibes from that time, which are fun. The lobby is huge but unfortunately has no bar there, even though there is jazz on weekends. I wasn't wild about dinner at their restaurant (not bad, but not very imaginative either, with a so-so wine list) but I enjoyed the breakfast very much. It is easy to pick up the free bus across the street and staff were very helpful when I needed advice. Key historic areas are walkable but it takes about 20...

"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"The parking situation needs to be MUCH clearer. I feel the staff should had said that the pricing in garage is very misleading. I ended paying more than 40$ a day and the sign on building says parking will not exceed 24$ a day. The parking is not part of their property and you know it’s a problem because they handed me a piece of paper after the fact that I need to speak to the city "
