"It’s a little worn but most hotels on the beach are so that’s a given. The staff was helpful and the property had everything we needed."

"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"The check-in process was a bit misleading. The male receptionist wanted me to go get cash from an ATM and then come back. Listen can I just get a room, I understand the back draw of waiting a couple days and all for it to come back to me. How about accommodate the customer instead of us making convenient for you. Aside from that I hope not to be accountable for some of the deteriorating of the room. We shall see on my bank statement in a few days..."
