"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"There wasn’t enough staff so check in was terribly slow, we waited over half an hour which I think is unacceptable as we had a reservation for dinner so ended up running late. But the staff were lovely and helpful, it’s not their fault they were understaffed. Our sat was great, breakfast was fabulous. The room wasn’t spotless, I found a few rouge short and curlies in the shower but again the poor cleaner was struggling to clean all the rooms on her own! GET MORE STAFF!!!"

"Delightful stay in a modern hotel room in central Bristol. We were pleased with nearly everything! The room was available early, it was clean and well appointed, and very comfortable. The shower is excellent! The fan did not work and needs fixing to avoid steaming up the room. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Friendly polite and helpful staff made our stay special. The hotel is a pleasant 25 minute walk to the city centre. The small spa allowed for relaxing after walking around Bath for the day. Sunday Lunch was a lovely start to our two night break."

"I really can’t fault this hotel. It’s in a great locations, very central, about 5 minutes walk from the station if coming by train which we did. Not sure though what parking arrangements are if any. Great breakfast choice - cooked breakfast choice on a menu but rest if buffet style. Would highly recommend "

"A really beautiful property with well designed and decorated rooms. Staff were always willing to help, food and cocktails in the bar were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the onsite spa too. Parking is limited on site so its a little bit of a logistical challenge with two kids to use the public car park but its reasonably priced and not far away."

"Booked this last minute for our wedding anniversary, I added a message on booking to say as such. When checking in we got a free room upgrade and a two complimentary drinks. Room and bed were large, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Had robes and slippers(needed as bathroom tiles were cold!) "
