"Second or third stay at the Keep, previously in the tower suite, now a flying stop so a "basic" downstairs room. Despite being street facing at ground level it's absolutely quiet. I live on a busy main road & this room was so much quieter than home. Palatial room with perfectly comfortable bed, large shower, microwave, fridge, etc. No staff on site most of the time which always makes me a little nervous, but I've never needed them, & the price reflects it. If I want 24hr staffing I'm welcome...

"The perfect bolthole I wanted to a few days away before Christmas. Somewhere wild and windy. Exmoor delivers in bucket loads. And I wanted somewhere cosy and comfortable to stay, which did good food. The Exmoor White Horse Inn was the perfect place. Attractively situated beside the pretty River Exe, my walks could start from the front door. A cosy, comfortable room. Great food. "I like the style and design of hotel, safe parking( its a shame that you have to pay) decor in bedroom 10 .needs attention to walls and ceiling, stains on carpet, loose toilet seat and stains on seat catches to toilet pan, ill fitting windows and drafty. But excellent heating warm. Reception ok. on check-in not very welcoming lack of conversation. I chose this hotel as my Daughter had stayed here."
