"Made whole experience amazing rooms were great - if a little bit warm at night. Restaurant had good atmosphere chillled even tho really busy food was decent as well. Small touches including noticing it was my wife’s birthday and leaving little gift in room showed how thoughtful staff are and gives the hotel a ‘family run’ feel even tho a smart bigger hotel. All staff attentive, polite in background unless you need them. Location was great aswell only 5-10 min walk to old town"

"I like this hotel for its position. It very basic but that’s all I need for night before flying. The staff are friendly food is nice. I’ve been a couple of times. This time my room was literally like an oven, I wasn’t sure how to change the setting on the air/heating so just had to turn it off and open the windows, which wasn’t great as its near a motorway. "I loved my stay here while in Bratislava! This was the perfect little place for me as a solo traveler. I arrived a little early and they were able to check me. The room was very clean and comfortable. SO quiet. Perfect location to the Christmas Market and Old Town. Also so easy to get to Metro with the passage way right there in the building. Will definitely stay again when I return :) "

"Lovely, clean and well presented hotel which ticks most boxes. Rooms have free access to Netflix which is a nice feature. Breakfast is fine but it would be good if they had non-dairy milk out rather than having to ask for it. My only issue at the hotel was the road noise. If you're a light sleeper, you may struggle with the noise outside, particularly on the first floor. I spoke to reception and was told that all of the standard double rooms faced the road. I opted to downgrade to a single room...
