Day 1: Bratislava is a charming city best explored on foot. Soak up the atmosphere with a stroll through the pedestrian-only Old Town, watch the street performers and grab a bite to eat at one of the numerous trendy cafés. Absorb some local history with a tour of the imposing Bratislava Castle, St. Martin's Cathedral and Devin Castle.
Day 2-3: Slovakia's great outdoors is calling. Hike your way from one awe-inspiring view to the next. Gushing waterfalls, lush forests, rugged rock formations and vast meadows await in the stunning Carpathian Mountains.
Day 4-7: Rent a car and head northeast to Slovak Paradise National Park. As the name suggests, this is a hiker’s paradise. Gorges, waterfalls and canyons abound here. A tour of the nearby Dobsinska Ice Cave is also a must. Finish your trip in the enchanting city of Košice. Visit St. Elisabeth Cathedral, wander the regal boulevard of Hlavna Ulica and indulge in some retail therapy at Crafts Lane.
