"I UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR POLICY WAS FOR DOGS TO ONLY BE ON YOUR FIRST FLOOR BUT I NOTICED A GUEST HAD A LARGE DOG ON THE 4TH FLOOR IN ROOM 409 DURING MY 3 NIGHT STAY ALSO SMOKERS ARE STANDING OUT SIDE OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF FIRST FLOOR AND THE SMOKE IS BLOWING INTO THE HOTEL AND YOU HAVE NO SMOKE CONTAINERS FOR THERE BUTTS! NOT GOOD FOR YOUR GUESTS AND I INFORMED THE MANAGER ABOUT THE DOG IN ROOM 409. HAVE A GREAT DAY"

"I liked The Staff and shuttle from the airport and to Amtrak.. i was very pleased with the complimentary breakfast. Freshly made Waffles and so many other items. Family owned and older hotel. I like to support the little guy with a great product. There are a few homeless people near by and I didn't want to go out after dark alone. I read a review that recommended not to have a room next to the Mc Donalds drive thru window. I called the day before and they made sure I was on the other side and...

"Beautiful boat and the food was excellent on the restaurant. The seals can get a little loud if you are on the river side, but they weren’t bad and the front desk offers ear plugs haha. Very nice area to stay "
