"After looking at a LOT of places we chose this hotel so we could have my mom (a local) over and spend time with her and celebrate Christmas a little early. We are just far enough away that a day trip isn’t possible and she rents a room from a friend. I’ve had a good amount of bad experiences even with highly rated hotels. So if you’re on the fence, book this hotel! When I walked in the hotel smelled BEAUTIFUL. I’ve never experienced that. Only harsh cleaner smell covering up funk or old musty smells or nothing. But the warm and simply decorated environment plus the warm front desk staff was already a 5 star experience. I think they even upgraded our room to a Grand suite with a balcony for free. It was rainy otherwise I would have used it. The room was super clean and had tons of space for us to hang out and spend quality time together. I made sides for a small Christmas dinner in the kitchen which had its own little alcove. Sleeping was quiet and the beds are a bit old and soft. Still, I slept and didn’t wake in pain. The only downside was the bathroom walls were very dirty; they need a new coat of paint. Shower had tons of cobwebs on the ceiling and the conditioner was empty. Breakfast was continental but not careless. Everything was neatly laid out and clean and I was surprised by the amount of options in their little fridge like different cream cheeses, cottage cheese, a breakfast sandwich and tomato juice. "

"The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. Our room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and shops. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. "

"The wheelchair accessible room was huge and was easy roll in the shower commode chair for my special daughter. We will be willing stay in the same complex sooner. Thank you"
