"It was a nice experience staying at Rydges Esplanade Resort Cairns. Good city location, everything nearby. I also bought paid parking for $15 per night, and it was smooth as. They also have $10 credit that you can use at the restaurant on food or beverage if you choose not to use room-service. There was a little misunderstanding at the time of checking-in, but Gigi and Evelyn were helpful at the time of checking out and sorted things out."

"Absolute 5/5 in my opinion! Clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed & pillows. Coffee shop right next to main reception. Friendly staff. Loved the access to the level 19 executive lounge, the afternoon canapés oysters on a Saturday night was a nice surprise! The breakfast in the executive lounge was amazing, best selection. Highly recommend this hotel"
