The hotel resort has multiple buildings, so double check your room reservation. The Terraces building has a hot tub and unheated pool, which makes it a more quiet and peaceful area. "Loved this property! It is very convenient and located right in the middle of all the action. There is so many places to eat and shops in walking distance. I took my teenagers and they loved being connected to the mall. We never felt in danger or unsafe walking thru the hotel, mall, or even down the strip. Our room was nice and the bathroom was very big. Beds were very comfortable. The only negatives the rooms could use more outlets and more lighting. It was hard to see to put makeup on and only...

"Checked in around after 4pm. Also, found bra and had no towels in room when went to shower. Called and had to wait around 30 min for them to arrive. Other than that I love Mandalay Bay. Great location and valet is very convenient "
