The room provided to satay me had no tube light, no telephone connection, fan worked only at 5 speed level and water coming from tap was reddish and dirty. There was no drinking water supply in the room. "Perfect location in chitwan for accessing the national park and river. 10minute walk to the shops and restaurants although we ate at the lodge a few times as this was ideal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
