"From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. The check in process was very quick and easy. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stocked with all items needed and comfortable. "I had a really great stay here. First, the building is amazing. Staying in a beautiful setting like this really added to my experience in Kathmandu. Second, the staff is great. From thoroughly cleaning my room each day (more than is typical at a hotel) to making sure my bed was heated at night, they were attentive to all my needs. Third, the breakfast buffet was great. They also augmented it with some Nepali cuisine cooked to order. The only negative is that I seemed to have an allergic reaction...
