"I ordered 7 twin rooms but only got 5 (and 2 doubles). Appreciate that it was a busy weekend (rugby and football etc), but not ideal. Having said that, lovely staff and a really nice hotel"

"I used to travel a lot for business and I often thought what makes great customer service in a Hotel. I've had some stays where staff should clearly not be engaging with customers. "Hotels was in a great location and suited my needs. The room although only a single was spacious and comfortable and equipped with everythihg you needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitness suite was great and had the use to it during my stay. The joined restaurant was spot on with a good selection of meals. Even a complimentry drink.
