Barman new my name to expect me, took an order for breakfast in the morning (which was great!) and the room was massive and comfy. "This is a 3 star hotel and it does not pretend to be anything else. Great location with just a short walk to beach and town. Parking and large garden - with rabbits if you are lucky. Dog friendly. It is comfortable and clean enough. Plenty of storage in the room. Nice towels. Everything in the room worked. Free Wi-Fi Enjoyable breakfast. Indoor swimming pool is a great bonus. Wouldn’t recommend dinner but otherwise no complaints. Good value for money. We WILL stay again."

The only thing that I would say tainted the stay was that I couldn’t turn the heating off in the room and with the room being small and at the top of the building, it was so, so hot.
