"We really enjoyed our stay at the RIU. The property is well maintained and is very well located. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is good and the only restaurant that was a disappointment was the Japanese. Highly recommended it. "

"We had an amazing time on our family vacation here. We traveled with 2 pre-teen girls and they loved having access to all the great food, pools and beach. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The front desk was very accommodating along with quite a few servers we had at the restaurants. We specifically loved Gerardo at Malva and Jose Cahun in the Italian restaurant. They were beyond friendly and excited to see us each time. We stayed in Pyramid 1 on Level 6. The view was amazing and it was quiet and were able to hear the waves at night. Overall will recommend to family and friends. They are going to be shutting down for a remodel for a year - so we are excited to see what it will look like after and hope to visit again. "
