"From time of arrival until departure everyone was incredibly helpful. FREDDY at the check-in counter was wonderful! If you eat at the Aquamarina restaurant ask for SERGIO. He did an amazing job taking care of our family every single day for 7 days. He is kind and appreciated us as guests. (Please remember to tip your servers because they work hard). The hotel was very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless which is greatly appreciated when you are bringing in sand. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The only thing that was a slight minus in my opinion would be the showers. They are open so it took getting accustomed to not getting water everywhere on the floor but will not prevent us from staying there again. The view of the beach is amazing (worth the upgrade). Walking distance to pretty much everything. They do have the BEST access to the beach. Hotel security is everywhere so felt safe all the time. "
