"Bilik berhabuk, mechine basuh rosak. Nk check in no receptionist, reqiure contect by phone to get info. Outside view cantik."

"Got stuck at condo security for a while. Due to early arrival, had to wait for on-site contact for a while. PIN code to enter apartment did not work in the next morning for some reason. Otherwise good stay and nice apartment."

"This place is no where near a beach, this is Tioman Island. There is no restaurant close by. I’m hungry and I’m glad I pack Mac n cheese. You have to pay for ride to go EAT or Go beach. Horrible place. If I brought food. I could make it work. I’m on holiday not a cook for me situation. "

"10 min walk to Legoland, through Medini Mall which has food options and a supermarket. Much cheaper than Legoland hotel. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel because it's bento boxes. As some reviews have mentioned, the property is a bit old. It's also next to a hospital so we saw hospital staff and patient/ family in the hotel. Generally the hotel is quiet and clean. Easy enough to go around with Grab. "

"I love this hotel. It's huge with many rooms. The service is excellent. Salman has been very helpful at the concierge. He is friendly, attentive and professional in doing his job. The decor is fabulous and the breakfast spread is good. The only downside is the transportation at night to go back to the hotel. There is no Grab available and taxis will charge you with a very high price. I think Desaru must look into this matter. It's hard for us to move about as tourists. Time is so precious to us. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel is highly recommended! A very pleasant and relaxing stay."
