"This resort seemed to lack the personalized level of service that other Excellence resorts offer. The biggest notable difference is the daytime entertainment staff who are not as engaged as the resorts in the Dominican are. The property itself is beautiful and in a beautiful location and they are constantly striving to upkeep and maintain it. "

"My adult daughter and I went to the Jamaica Inn for a quick 4 night getaway. What makes this resort is the staff and the beach. Ash Quade and William at the beach bar were so friendly and entertaining. The spa was wonderful. Marica was very helpful in assisting us in spa offerings. Azeeza gave a great massage and my daughter enjoyed her facial with Kenneth. The beach was gorgeous. We enjoyed paddle boarding. It is a quiet resort. Most of the visitors were British and retirees. "The staff and service was excellent! Very friendly and accomodating. The property is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The property buildings could use a little paint here and there, but considering the salt air, that is to be expected anywhere on a tropical island. The beach is beautiful and the Jamacian music culture is everywhere! We ran into many couples who had been there many times. I hope that my wife and I can be included in a return trip someday! "
