"Property was nicely kept. Room was cute and surprisingly quiet as we were next to the pool. Fountain the the pool was off, so that made the area seem shabby. Restaurant was ok. Need more of a selection and servers could have been better…. Nicer and trained. I had to ask for hot water for the tea bag they brought me. Multiple times. I finally went and got the craft myself. "The property is in a great location on 7 mile beach. Excellent for sun bathing, beautiful sunset, and overall excellent experience in Jamaica. I love it and I will be back- this is my 4th stay at Coco Le Palm and I love all the staff-great people- highly respectful. On my last visit they greeted me by saying, “Welcome Home!”"

"It is the staff that makes the difference. The physical space needs upgrading, but the people who work there make it worth the stay. Best of the best was Ms Angela Rubie from the dining room. She loves her work and it shows. Any time I’m attending an event at Woodstock Negril next door, I’ll be staying at Rooms on the Beach Negril. "
