"Nice stay near the Greek Peak ski area and Shipwrecks waterpark. We arrived to our room to find it approximately 197°F. We immediately cracked the window, turned off the heat, and engaged the air conditioning device until a more comfortable living temperature was achieved. Staff were friendly. "VERY good stop over spot. Hotel very clean, very well appointed. Staff very helpful, professional. Multiple very good restaurants within one mile. Walking distance to gas mart. We had a dog, very welcoming, lots of space to walk. Totally recommend. Would return."

"We needed a place to stay before a ski day at Greek Peak. This hotel is close to the mountain and also several restaurants in Cortland. Property shows age but room was clean and warm on 3 degree night. Reasonable price for a king room and bed and pillows very comfortable! "

"5 college friends stayed here for a weekend and we had an excellent time. Plenty of bedroom space. Very clean. (My friends were pleased that I hooked us up with such a nice place!) "Nice property in the middle of the UC campus. Parking is reasonably close with EV charging options. Restaurant is good but if you want to try something different, you will have to drive a good distance. "
