"I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . "Wonderful family vacation!! This was our second time here and we hope to return. Jheanel, always smiling, helped to make our stay unforgettable! I had asked to move to the first floor to make it easier for the kids and she gave us a stunning room. My daughter enjoyed all of the daily activities and my son and husband even took the Hobie cat out. Amazing food at all of the restaurants, great entertainment, beautiful grounds, well appointed rooms - what else could we ask for? Cayman is paradise."

We arrived and were greeted by staff and offered a variety of complimentary drinks. There was no line to get checked-in (didn't do the online check-in), and it took less than 5 minutes to check in.
