Later, I forgot my jacket at the breakfast restaurant, but staff initially told me it couldn’t be found, even after checking with hotel security. Only after I insisted they open the jacket cabinet did I find it there. Better communication and thoroughness in handling guest requests would improve the experience."

They allowed us to leave our car in the underground parking after checkout to explore the area and do a few more activities before we left. "
