"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...

"Beautiful hotel at Christmas time! Experience was stellar overall - good restaurants, cocktails and food. Only (minor) complaints were the small dated bathrooms and thin walls, which meant I could hear doors slamming early in the morning. "
