"A couple years ago we used to stay here every couple months. Close, comfortable, clean and convenient place on our way back and forth from SC to VA. So it’s been awhile, we were greeted rudely. Basically told I was a liar (I have a service animal that has been with me to this hotel at least a dozen times.) I wasn’t sure about the room number, so I asked.
