"The stay was fine but the airport transfer driver was late. He arrived at the hotel at 10.50am. I saw him pull up but hotel staff told me to wait. The driver left to “drop someone somewhere” and was late returning for the 11am shuttle. I had a flight to catch at 12pm and check-in closed at 11.15am — and the driver arrived back at the hotel at 11.12am. It was pretty frustrating. "

"We’ve stayed at this property several times and we love it. The people who work here are amazing! The food is great, staff are warm and friendly, facilities are clean and well maintained. The only reason we will choose a different hotel is because there is no pool and we love to take a daily swim on vacation. Otherwise, this is a wonderful gem of a hotel ❤️"
