"Loved the hospitality, from the check in to the bell service to check out and even to the departure with the limousine shuttle, everything was perfect. Super friendly staff. Loved the view from the room of the city. But if you are looking for a quiet hotel, this may not be it for you since the hotel is near by the city hall and an ice skating ring, so expect loud music/events such as protest/rally going on. It didn't bother me much though. I wouod stay here again next time I am back in...

"Excellent location... the airport limousine drop off and pickup locations are literally a couple of minutes away (1,700KWN each way). If you are into shopping, Shinsegae and Lotte department stores, Namdaemun market and Myeongdong shopping district are all nearby. If I am going to be picky, it would be nice to have more tea and coffee sachets (one each per day is on the low side). "Centrally located. Easy access to metro, buses. Room has hairdryer, refrigerator, radiator. Hotel has laundry machines, but only a couple of large ones. Mostly very small machines. Rooms are small, but hotel has an accessible common area with tableware, microwave. "

Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir Seoul Myeongdong

"Location was pretty good. Public transportation option is great, the bus stop is very close including the airport bus. Subway a 10-15 minute slow stroll away. Lots of places to eat nearby. Convenience store very close as well. There were a lot of guests so the lobby got crowded at times. Money exchange machine in the lobby. The staff can call you taxi at the front desk. Staff was accommodating to my requests and needs. The ONLY downside (or upside depending on what you like) is the bathroom. Frosted glass door and walls. You can see pretty much everything through it, not clearly, but you get a good idea. They were currently changing out the hinoki baths throughout the hotel, my room hadn't been changed out so it was old and felt unusable. I think once the baths have been replaced throughout the hotel, it would be a better stay. Not saying the stay was bad to begin with, it was nice. "

"I love this hotel. firstly the checking is fast. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is good and more into the healthy lifestyle. The view from the window is so beautiful! The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a public train/ subway right infront of the hotel. Highly recommended! "

"I really like the location of this property which is closed to all the attraction places. The Sub-way is just around the corner and heaps of dinning and shopping area right in the foot step of this property. A super & eye opening convenient store just located in the same building of this property. Worth a visit of all robotic control convenient store in South Korea. Friendly and english language speaking staffs are super too. Property itself have a self checked in & out luggage storage which is very convenient and useful for hotel guests. "
