"Stayed for NYE and had a great stay. Location is unbeatable and the building is Dallas historic landmark with lots of charm. The room was spacious and considerably less expensive than anything comparable for NYE. However the rooms are out of date and show signs of wear and tear. There are not many amenities. I would consider staying there again, but I would like to see some investment in the property."

"Breakfast was good and fresh. Light shined though the curtain outline due to interior lights as our patio(could not open door) was interior facing. So no complete blackout but I still slept good. Close to some good restaurants. Service was friendly and fast. Great Price and I would stay again."

"The overall stay was amazing. Comfy beds, good vibes. The only negative thing was the elevators being broken so the stairs after a long night of dance music was a drag but I will definitely be booking again for next year! Hopefully we’ll get up early enough for the complementary breakfast! "
