"We booked this hotel as it was well situated for our trip, it was the cheapest nor most expensive so had no prejudgment. Upon arriving the exterior of the hotel isn't the prettiest but inside and in the room, the hotel was really modern and well presented. The facilities in the room are what you would require and the hotel facilities, such as bar and breakfast area are amazing. This hotel is one I would without hesitation book again. The staff in all areas were funny, attentive and great - cannot fault anything from our stay here. The breakfast offering is really good from hot full English to pancakes and continental. Awesome hotel and would definitely recommend "

"Great hotel, very friendly staff and good location. Room nicely fitted out, comfy bed, fluffy towels. Bathroom quite small but wasn't an issue for me. Ate in the pub style restaurant = Woolf & Whistle lovely food & excellent prices for central London! Would recommend for overnights in London."

"Stayed for 3 nights on business. First night fire in the hotel but staff should be praised for the organisation in getting everyone out and safe while the fire dealt with. The gym facilities are fantastic and all the staff are friendly and super helpful. "
