"Ill start this review by saying how lovely this hotel was as a whole, however there were some negatives that need to mentioned. 1. The room, although spacious, was being to look a little tired, and was lacking things you get for a similar price range. The most important of these being pillows. All four pillows were so soft i found it difficult to sleep and woke up with a really stiff neck. Only thing for me in terms of improvements is the rooms could do with an update, bathroom was lovely and looked recently refurbished but the bedroom was a little dated, maybe an upgraded bed and TV (and I appreciate we're in the most beautiful place in Wales so who needs a TV but after a long day of hiking I know I love to kick back and chill out, especially when it's February and too cold to sit out) and nowadays most hotel rooms have smart...

"We could not recommend this hotel & spa more. It was exceptional from start to finish. Decor of the hotel was beautiful. Spa was fabulous and treatments were amazing. Loved the afternoon tea. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The food at Palm Court was exceptional. "
