Where it went wrong was the AFTERNOON TEA, it was the worst one we have ever had for nearly £50 for 2, so we didn't touch our food and I complained and was told by the manager you have already paid so there is nothing I can do she was so rude about it as well "

"The staffs were wonderful, some of the guests not so much as they were loudly shouting in the bar at around midnight... my room was unfortunately right up the stairs from the bar, so not much sleep the 1st night"

"The hotel is located about a 5 minute drive from Conwy. It sits in the middle of the countryside which is green and pretty- looking out the windows you see rolling green countryside. The rooms are large and nicely decorated, the bed huge (possibly 2 kings pushed together). The bathroom had a walk in shower and was modern. The restaurant food was excellent - more like a gastro pub. It was reasonably priced, good portions without being huge and really tasty. Astonishingly good food! The staff...

"Staff were very polite always respectful couldn't fault them. Although hotel was on a main road it was very quiet and easy walk to the towns restaurants and pubs. Llandudno pier was just across the road. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."
