"The property and location were amazing. Super easy to get to and from different points in Kingston. Walkable area. Good parking direction from the host. There was a logistical mix up but they fixed that immediately. It would have been nice to have the sofa bed made up upon arrival or at least have extra linens in the suite, but I let them know via their text line, and they sent someone within an hour. The breakfast/coffee situation leaves quite a lot to be desired, but hopefully theyll work out...

"overall, the hotel was clean and friendly staff. However, I think it’s a bit overpriced. The spa is not on site, we had to drive 3 minutes to get to it (or walk 15 mins). "Great location near the highway. We were un town for our sons bowling tournament. Easy check in. As soon as we got into the room it smelled so clean in there! The pool was so warm and the hot tub was a nice treat. The hostess at the check-in was very helpful when we were asking her opinion on what the best 3 italian restaurants were. She directed us and we had an AMAZING dinner. The bed was so confortable and we sleptbin til 8am! Thank you for a great experience! "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Kingston. The room was very nice, roomy, and clean. The refrigerator was small but fine. We did not have a smooth checkout. I dropped off the room key early and told the desk clerk that I was checking out. But later in the afternoon, I received a call asking when I was planning to check out. By then, I was in another city! We obviously had a miscommunication at the morning checkout."
