"TLDR: This is a perfectly acceptable hotel. Nothing too special, nothing bad. The Roppongi area is incredibly expensive, so I do not recommend staying here if you are on a budget (especially if you want a quick bite to eat like me, who did not research enough). The room was tiny (even for Japan) yet comfortable, and the HVAC was nice. The TV didn't really do anything unless you want to pay for a random TV service, but there were lots of freebies. "

"I stayed in standard double bed, and the room is slightly bigger than the ones like in APA hotels. This is very important for us as we brought one large suitcase and we were able to open and laid it flat after plenty of shopping. Other great features include the supplies that guests can freely take from a counter across the front desk (combs, toothbrushes, teas, coffees, etc) there’s also coin laundry that’s very useful if you only travel with carry on luggage and need to do some washing. "The staffs are accomodating. They can help us send / forward our luggage to the next hotel. We bought the breakfast package which include a set of japanese breakfast, or if you prefer there is western option. The breakfast voucher can be exchanged with anything at family mart next door worth 800 yen pp. "

"A very nice hotel, good breakfast, quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, everything you needed was there, no frills, but to be honest who needs them if you out all day sightseeing ! You just want to return to a hot shower and good nights sleep in a well kept room and comfy bed !"
