"At first I was sort of nervous because of the great price I got for my room, but as I walked in, the inside to check in was stunning. My room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great and hot. Now, this hotel is absolutely perfect for families with children. The amount of amenities was amazing. The pool was super clean I can almost see my reflection, I was appalled on how clean the pool was, the jacuzzi was just right and super comfy. The gym was bigger than any other...

"Is across the street from the dcu center which is where we were visiting. Close to resturants and a hospital across the street. Friendly staff and it is quiet."

And yet, the app and system were nonfunctional the day I received the message and eve next day (=check-in day) They need to shore up their tech because it gives a bad impression"
