"this is a very convenient location in the middle of taichung city. close to the rail station. very nice hotel with a river walk right in front of the hotel. i had a nice strol in the moring to enjoy the nature garden view. nice surprize of tge breakfast box during weekdays, a very nice weekend breakfast buffet. can not beat that price. should be rated as a five star hotel."

"Liked hotel, close to TRA. The room was spacious, However, there is only one hook with 3 hangers in the entire room. No shelfs or drawers to put/hang anything. Literally had to live out of my suitcase for the 4 days we stayed there. No hooks in bathroom either to hang clothes. The bathtub design is lacking that water will drip out to floor when showering. The use of free laundry machine was a bonus. Loved the location of hotel as it is very convenient for travelling on buses and train."

"One of the best Hotel we stayed on this trip. Breakfast was the best part. Hotel is clean but old, but workers are nice. Even when I don't speak mandarin, we were able to communicate via google translate. Free laundry service which was a plus. Ice cream in the lobby, Tea eggs were a hit. When I was waiting for cloths to wash and dry, I was able to sneak in an egg or 2 plus the snacks and drinks available until mid-night. "

Staff are nice and friendly, room is clean and quiet at night, bed is comfortable. Free battle water in room, and free coffee in lounge. There are some girls hunting their costumers during day time, some restaurants do not serve food, but alcohol and karaoke at night."
