"Great location and the breakfast was very good. Our only issue was that there was no iron available in the room. When we asked to borrow one we were told that the hotel doesn’t have one! We could have had our clothes laundered at a cost (but the clothes were already clean and just needed a quick press having been in the suitcase) We travel a lot and have never come across this situation before.
