"A mixed experience at the villas. The villas sit within the boutique hotel grounds which is partnered with the main hotel. You can use all of the facilities for both with a small gym at the boutique and pools at both. The resort was pretty quiet so no issues sitting at the pool with sunbeds, the weather was poor so we tried to find other things to do but were limited. A games room might have been nice. We had a three bed villa and it was very spacious and had pretty much everything for self...

"Love this resort, we did enjoy it at its off season; the weather was mild at the end of November and only got 1 rainy day. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have a lovely 2 bedroom suite and kitchen and living rm, the only thing I would have to say is that we kept having issue with internet and that was do to the room’s router which they replace a day after we arrived."

"Our stay at Sea'Ya was phenomenal. Communication pre-arrival was excellent and check-in was smooth. Our hosts, Maria and Antonio, thoughtfully put out toys for the children (3 year old and 6 months old) already, so they went straight to play. What a welcome! The apartments are beautifully furnished, have all the amenities you might need, and work just so well for young families. "The hotel is nice and everything is good taken care off, but we were not informed that the check in needed to be early and the person helping seemed to be in a bad mood, did not smiled at all and didn’t seem to like customer care."

"Great hospitality…Luisa is an attentive hostess and makes you feel comfortable, and makes it clear that whatever you need to make your stay enjoyable to just ask. Everything about this stay was outstanding. Bed was very comfortable and place is very quiet. Suggest you get a car because its not a very walkable area close to a lot, but there is a grocery store within 10 minute walk and a couple of very good restaurants, however you can spend 3-4€ with BOLT or UBER and you’re at Cascais Train...

"There was no one working at the hotel. Doors were locked and you had to have a cold to get in. Neither Expedia or the hotel gave me a cold. I did not stay because I couldn’t get in and had to go to another hotel. I will be filing a claim to be reimbursed, absolutely terrible experience, considering being in a foreign country where I did not speak the language plus I have poor visibility/poor vision. "

"Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. "
